The method I use is a (self-developed) Accelerator Business Development Plan (BDP). In four phases you will go from from having an idea to an empowered business model with a mission:
Your Why: Finding your Core Values & and Mission
Ideation: Redefining a new purpose and direction businesswise, a creative brainmapping session plus Business Model Canvas;
Prioritization: Short, middle and longterm business milestones and tasks to reach your mission.
Realization: Legal questions (I can help with basics, such as incorporaton, franchise & licensing topics, IP, partnerships agreements, confidentiality and general terms) formalities, use of network, linkedin, digital marketing and everything needed to kickstart the business.
