Robert de Wilde is a certified coach, mediator and facilitator with 10+ years experience. In my former life I was a banking and finance lawyer at one of largest Dutch law-firms in Amsterdam and Netherlands Antilles. What kickstarted my decision to work in the field of coaching, was the moment I started to work for various creative talents in television and music, as an independent agent/manager. Negotiating deals with networks and television producers. It became clear that next to my legal/business skills being a sparring partner and trusted person was even more important for clients. And also for me! Just listening - and yes, some coaching was involved. In my second career I am focusing on inner growth and performance.
Since 2018, I am a part-time teacher and coach (Master Program Legal Management) at the Hogeschool Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
My purpose in life: ‘to extend others themselves’ (in business, career, or personal life). I use the latest in podcasts, apps and TedTalks to inspire between coaching sessions. I am a father of 2 and I am an organizer of a mini- triathlon for friends and family. My passions are being in nature, endurance sports and photography.
Some years ago, I co-founded a learning & development start-up in London - we use magic to change teams and people. A mix of facilitation and magic.
It is my belief that sooner or later in life, whatever we do and achieve, we benefit from someone who inspires and helps us with breakthroughs. I am non-judgmental, supportive and I strive for my clients to be more fulfilled in life.
