Know this feeling? You are battling (too) many projects, whether creative, in your career or family, with a desire to grow or live more healthy. You have the feeling you don’t reach full potential. Due to pressures from the outside world, restrained by time or by certain (unconscious) limiting beliefs – or simply because life can be overwhelming at times. In that case you may find yourself in need of someone to inspire and help you breaking through barriers.

 
 

HOW WE DO IT

LIfe Coaching:

You may feel pressured to move into directions that cause stress and anxiety. Be it jobs, social media, or family pressures, that let us drift away from what we really want. The key is honesty toward yourself. In this program, you will work on getting to know personal values and drivers, practice setting boundaries and reflect on your (automatic) behaviours with others. You learn and experience how to find your authenticity in your various roles as a human being, lover, partner, family member, colleague, employee etc.

In the coaching we work broadly on 4 parts: (A) getting to know strengths and drivers (B) insight how you operate in your environment (C) coping with stress and pressure by use of variety of tools (D) goal setting.

Methodology:

  • solution based (instead of problem based)

  • coaching techniques: transactional analysis, exercises relating to personal values and talents, logical levels of thinking Dilts Bateson

  • stimulating and limiting scripts

  • role playing scenarios

  • visualisation

  • stress management

  • creative (writing) exercises – some focusing and performance optimisation techniques.

  • exercises on paper or in real life, to practice what we discussed during our calls

  • between sessions: short (writing or drawing) assignments, inspirational podcasts, Tedtalks, articles and book suggestions

  • Google docs, Headspace, time tracking apps, and Slack are used to jointly work on documents in private mode, where needed.

    Everything as it becomes relevant during the journey, not dictated by the program. Patience and intuition is guiding.

Other programs: YOUR PERSONAL STORY

This is about writing your personal story. Most people feel they at least have some talents, career or life goals that they do not fulfill. Whether it’s professional, creative or social. Often we talk about our work description in detail, but we can hardly express who we are. And this has a price: you cannot expect to be fulfilled if you do not live your life according to your key values. Personal values will be highlighted: what is meaningful to you. Activities you did as a kid, strong rules you have in life, what you feel strongly about- we assess if you live by these values.

Tools: We use value exercises, visualization, mindfulness and creative exercises. The program will support you to make changes so that you live your life more aligned with your values.

Other Programs: NEW PROJECT

In this program you will execute a new project in your life. Stop doing what takes energy and do (more) what gives energy. Everyone has dreams - but it needs a little support to bring it above the surface. This is a practical plan; to make it realistic and doable. The goal can be a new job or an inspiring activity to making your life more interesting and fun. But it can also mean you will start your book or photography project.

Tools: We use value exercises, exercises to make the first steps in realization of your desired outcome. Visualization, mindfulness, creative and real-life exercises.

Google docs, Headspace, time tracking apps, and Slack are used to jointly work on documents in private mode, where needed.
